  1. Q Will this last me for a year? I’m good on handling machines and I weigh under 140lbs.
    A Yes definitely. I weight 158 and have been using it for 6 months and still looks new

    A No I think you need more strength than that in the angle would be completely wrong

    A NO, IT DOES NOT SQUEAK. THE HYDROLIC PISTONS DO START TO MAKE A HISSING SOUND AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES OF USE AS YOU PUSH DOWN THE PEDAL.
  4. Q Do the steps count on a pedometer or fitness watch?
    A They do not unfortunately.
  5. Q Which stepper model is the best?
    A I have only one model of Sunny Health stepper with resistance bands attached to it. I love mine very much.
  6. Q How do you adjust cylinder height?
    A You are not able to adjust the height on this specific stepper.
  7. Q What is the difference between the 045 and this one other than the price?
    A The versa stepper is a bigger stepper, and the NO. 045 has the twist motion to it.
  8. Q Can you adjust resistance?
    A No, the resistance cannot be adjusted on this stepper.
  9. Q Do uou have to put it together?
    A No, the item comes already assembled. All you need to do is clip the bands onto the unit at the bottom and slide the meter into the middle post. Thank you
