The alexa feature does not work on my amazfit band 5. I already followed the instructions, there is no amazon option under add account in profile?Back to product

  1. I returned mine for the same issue then got a replacement that did the same thing - no alexa. Here's the trick: Go-to your Zepp app, next go-to Profile and finally got Add Account. Then add alexa account. To test it after it updates your interface, swipe right on your watch face until you see Alexa. It has no wake word, you have to swipe. It functions at a basic level but is connected to your other devices. Hope this helps.
