In the us, will it monitor stress levels continuously and automatically or only on demand? same goes for spo2 - thank youBack to product

  1. Contrary to what Amazfit Support states here, Sp02 is not automatically monitored. Stress levels are, in theory. I get huge gaps in my stress readings, sometimes hours at a time even though heart rate levels appear to be getting measured. I've only been using this tracker for four days now and am a little concerned at how inconsistent the readings are. Stress is sporadic. I got two nights of sleep measured just fine, the third night NOTHING and the fourth night back on again. Something is a little flakey.
